After working in breweries from coast to coast in Australia, travelling the world investigating beer culture and working a vintage in the wine industry, Nic Sandery decided it was time to transfer his knowledge to his own venture and Molly Rose Brewing was born. It wasn't long before the popularity of his brewing had grown too big to keep quiet about and Nic embarked on bringing Molly Rose to Collingwood Melbourne through the creation of a new brewpub.

Technical writer for The Crafty Pint and presenter for An Ale of a Time podcast, Nic's knack for words both written and spoken are propelling him and Molly Rose into the social circles of many a happy craft beer enthusiast.
